Home / Trustees / AAA / Case Management / Community Development / GIS / E&T / Rural Fire OEDA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT provides services to municipalities, boards of County Commissioners, and Soil Conservation boards in determining their communities needs. Once the need assessment is completed then we provide support in accessing funding sources to meet those needs. The Community Development Department manages the Census Data Depository and the census date is available to both public and private groups. Capitol Improvement Planning or CIP is a division of Community Development and has trained staff available to assist communities in inventory, assessment, and mapping of capital assets of their communities or counties. In 1996 the Oklahoma Legislature created the Rural Economic Action Plan. This plan allocated over one million dollars for distribution in the OEDA region to government entities of 7,000 and under. The OEDA REAP grant program is one of the most used programs in our region. Staff is available to assist communities in participation it the REAP grant program. PO Box 668,
